    Job Profile:

    We are hiring for Product Manager – Inverter Batteries PAN India

    We are looking for a result-oriented Product Manager for Inverter Application Batteries for Pan India. The right candidate needs to have notable 10+years of experience and desired solid market knowledge of Inverter Batteries in India. The incumbent should also have sales experience in Inverter batteries in India.

    As a Product Manager handling All India operations for an inverter batteries company, your responsibilities would likely include:

    Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and market demands. This involves understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.

    Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and high-quality product development.

    Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, assess market potential, and determine pricing strategies.

    Sales Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales tools, promotional materials, and training programs to support sales efforts and achieve revenue targets.

    Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify areas for product improvement. This may involve conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups.

    Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure alignment and coordination across all functions.

    Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, including developing launch plans, coordinating with internal teams, and overseeing marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption.

    Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics such as sales performance, market share, customer satisfaction, and profitability, and use this data to make informed decisions and adjustments to product strategies.

    Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with relevant regulatory standards and requirements, and stay updated on any changes in regulations that may impact product development or distribution.

    Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve product offerings based on market feedback, technological advancements, and changing customer needs to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

    Candidate from Inverter Battery industry will be preferred.

    Experience & Skills

    Must have hands on experience in handling inverter batteries pan India basis.

    Market knowledge of sales and service.

    Achievement of sales number and appointment of new parties.

    Developing proposals for various prospective partners.

    Accountability of numbers.

    Leading team members for growth in sales numbers.

    Looking after marketing (promotional activities).

    Education Qualifications

    Any Graduate/MBA with relevant job experience can apply.
