    Product Manager - Growth & Engagement

    In this role, you'll wear several hats :

    Product Leader :

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, SEO, Content, QA) to develop and launch impactful features that increase lead generation and user engagement.

    Strategist :

    - Translate company objectives into a user-centric product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery while considering all stakeholder needs.

    User Champion :

    - Advocate for the customer, conducting user research and translating complex ideas into intuitive wireframes and user flows.

    Data-Driven Decision Maker :

    - Conduct A/B testing and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and prioritize product initiatives.

    Growth Catalyst :

    - Partner with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to drive continuous product optimization through user feedback and data-driven insights.

    Responsibilities :

    • Lead the creation and execution of the product roadmap, aligning it with both short-term and long-term company goals.
    • Collaborate with engineers, designers, SEO Specialists and data scientists to ensure smooth product development and timely delivery.
    • Implement a comprehensive product requirements document (PRD) with defined metrics for performance evaluation.
    • Conduct A/B tests and analyze data to identify opportunities for product improvement and validate product hypotheses.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction.
    • Partner with the tech lead to establish product development timelines and priorities.
    • Experience in building organic website traffic.
    Qualifications :
    • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in driving user engagement and growth.
    • Strong understanding of user research, user experience (UX) best practices, and user-centered design principles.
    • Experience in developing product roadmaps, project scopes, and user stories.
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, QA, marketing, etc.).
    • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and project management tools (Jira/Asana, etc.) for writing stories, and product management.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
    Bonus points for :

    - Experience in the Education sector.

    - Experience with Clarity, Google Analytics, Hotjar etc
