    Position Summary:

    In this exciting position, you will be responsible for working closely with our customer, helping to implement and support our retail applications. Delivering an iNCRedible customer experience and helping to drive our continued success.

    As a PS Subject Matter Expert/Technical Consultant, you will assist customers with management and support of our software products (i.e., Loyalty Pro / Point of sale systems), acting as a subject matter expert on technical capabilities and integrations with our software. Your knowledge of databases and web technologies will allow you to translate business requirements and configure the our products that ultimately make our customers' lives easier by leveraging our solutions. To our customers, you will be the expert of our software and teach them best practices (that we will train you on).

    The role requires you to provide configuration guidance and best practices to customers and understand how our products/ technology can enable the customer's stated vision.

    YOU CAN EXPECT TO:

  • Work alongside senior team members, to support new functionality and to help meet project deliverables in order to successfully deliver value to our customer
  • Learn to manage our Retail solution applications. Support new functionality and software delivered
  • Manage the technical proposal process and ensuring that all technical information and recommendations addressing customer requirements are accurate, properly defined, and detailed for ongoing projects and BAU activity
  • Work in tandem with Project Managers to serve as the subject matter expert on implementation requirements and relevant technical information
  • Maintain lab environments, both on-premises and in the cloud for testing and deployment activities.
  • Learn Database management skills along with enhancing your database query knowledge
  • Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot application workflows to provide feedback and / or solutions to developers or our customer. This includes learning performance analysis skills to be able to identify database or Web application improvements
  • Verifying technical defect fixes and solutions when required.

    • YOU HAVE:

  • 7-10 years of experience in an IT
  • Experience in analyzing log files /troubleshooting application and device issues
  • Experience in technical post-sales/support engineering, consulting and/or other customer facing role consulting on, delivering technical products or services
  • Experience in Internet technologies, standards and protocols, including SQL, scripts, Web architecture and design, xml and json formatting.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, drive for results, interpersonal savvy and customer focus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present technical and business-related subjects to all audiences.
  • Experience in interacting across technical and business resources from the developer through management
  • Experience in solving technical problems, and follow-through actions including documenting and sharing solutions found.

  • Experience working in retail, loyalty and/or professional services.
  • Experience with API integrations and Web Services.
  • Experience with IIS / ASP.Net applications
  • Basic programming skills
  • Experience with JIRA / TFS
  • Experience working in an agile project environment.
  • Basic knowledge in Cloud technologies
