Tracking and Analyzing of AllCampaigns Ads on the ground of Performance &ROI Identify trends andinsights Create and digital marketingreports providing internal reports on a regularbasis Developing and implementing a digitalmarketing strategy Maintain and our websiteskeeping best practices in mind Manage allareas of digital marketing & social media distribution.This includesscheduling content managementand optimizing all posts for reach andengagement. Goal Setting andTracking Creating visual concepts forpromotional activities Managing the digitalmarketing calendar Maintaining the onlinepresence and reputation of the companyOverseeing the creation and maintenance of social mediacontent Allocate and monitor the digitalmarketing budget Implement Email marketingcampaigns Brainstorm and collaborate withinternal teams on new ideas andtactics

    Education/Experience

    Numberof positions 1MinimumQualificationAny 3year degreequalificationEnvironment Work From Office (6days aweek)Preferred: MBAin marketing or Engineering degree OR bothRelevant experience in Digital marketing inwellnesscenter/hospitalityindustry. Meeting both of the above pointsis ideal.Experience 710 years of relevantexperienceRequirements competencies andskills 5 years of experience in relatedfields. Google AdWords certification anyother Digital marketing certificationsExperience using web analytics and optimizationtools Strong analyticalskills Superb verbal and communicationskills Thorough understanding and theability to navigate social media platformsSelfstarter and selfaccountable individual.Ability to multitask and work well under limitedsupervision. Knowledge of webpublishing Strong interpersonalskills Strong problemsolvingskills Ability to work well in a teamenvironment Strong time managementskills Highly developed attention todetail Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment Ability to prioritize tasks andmeet deadlines Skills in MS Word MSExcel.
