We are looking for a
Business Development executive who will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance and banking based products and services to potential customers.
This role involves meeting with clients in person to understand their insurance needs, offering suitable coverage options and closing sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 510 sales representatives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying potential customers and generating leads.
- Recommend suitable products and customize coverage plans on client's needs.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow up to convert leads into customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries, resolving issues and recommend suitable updates to their coverage.
- Conduct market research to identify potential target segments, competitive pricing and emerging opportunities
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, HR or similar.
- 14 years of field sales experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in insurance sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential customers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and overcome objections.
- Self motivated and driven to succeed in a targetoriented sales environment.
Salary:
₹350, ₹450,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
