    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate operations staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Set performance goals and monitor progress.
  • Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process changes.
  • Maintain quality standards of services within the service level agreements.
  • Implement quality control procedures and oversee quality assurance activities.
  • Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
  • Use data and analytics to make informed decisions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance.
  • Provide creative design insights and recommendations for improvement.

    • Qualification & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of achieving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Creative Operations and Adobe Creative Cloud Apps are preferred

    • Experience:

  • 5-8 Years Experience in Team Management (Graphic Design or Creative Operations)
  • The candidate should have worked as an Operations/Process Manager

    • Additional Requirements:

  • Should be flexible for shifts
  • Should be ready to work from the office
