    Order Fulfilment Manager

    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop planning system strategies to enhance signals throughout the supply chain.
    • Monitor and adjust parameters within the planning system.
    • Analyze Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
    • Execute daily operational planning processes within designated functional areas.
    • Identify and mitigate potential supply chain failures as part of the planning process.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement short-term tactical improvements.
    • Drive consistent planning signals across the supply chain using the planning system.
    • Participate in functional process improvement teams.

      • Utilization of Materials Planning System: Ability to use the materials planning system to manage supply and demand plans and perform root cause analysis.
    • Part Change Control Management: Experience in evaluating and implementing engineering change requests to meet customer delivery requirements.
    • Plan for Every Part (PFEP): Proficiency in planning, designing, and managing systems and processes within a facility to ensure smooth operations.
    • Master Supply Scheduling: Experience in establishing and maintaining a valid Master Production Schedule.
    • Material Planning: Ability to use advanced tools for decision-making related to parts availability, inventory optimization, and root cause analysis.
    • Materials KPI Management: Proficiency in managing key performance indicators and driving improvement initiatives.
    **Qualifications**

    Education and Experience:
    • Responsible as deployment planning / supply chain operations lead for North America region customers to ensure timely order fulfilment & expediting.
    -Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
    • 10 years of experience in supply chain, including talent/people management.
    • Experience managing a team of around 10-15 employees.
    • Managed at least 2 appraisal cycles as a people manager.
    • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.

    -Analyse and interpret Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement and action plans.

    -Work closely with stakeholders - internal and/or external to develop short term tactical improvements.

    -Initiate & participate in functional process improvements.

    -Should have ability to coach & mentor people to achieve individual as well as organizational goals.

    -Ensures internal and external customers' expectations and requirements are met.

    Additional Requirements:

    -Should be ready to work in US time zone, 5 PM to 2 AM IST, India Time.

    -Should be ready to work from office 3 days a week.
