    Position SummaryAs a key leader for the Practice Head, AWS Cloud will be responsible for providing top quality technology solutioning and capability development for clients across the world by working closely with the market and delivery leaders.

    The leader will be an authority in the creation of the solution plan for all projects with the utmost emphasis on innovation, client satisfaction and impact.

    They will lead from the front, working closely with clients, to address challenges and create impactful and pragmatic solutions.

    They will lead the current AWS team and steer the technology capability development and build practice for the overall AWS business in a strategic and commercially savvy way – delivering growth and expansion in AWS Cloud Services.

    The ideal candidate will be regarded as a distinctive problem solver and thought leader.

    The individual would be expected to have the motivation and aggressiveness to scale up the Practice and be on top of the most current cloud trends, AWS Offerings and needs of clients in the industry.

    Finally, the successful candidate will have high commitment to, and a demonstrable track record in, mentoring and developing teams of high-performing colleagues and helping the organization take its solutioning capabilities to the next level.

    The position will be based out of Greater Noida.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIESShould demonstrate thought leadership, sales, solutioning and delivery leadership in Cloud Solutions Offerings

    In this role, Cloud Practice Lead has to scale AWS Cloud practice by building new capabilities, , partnerships, go to market strategy, delivery capabilities and Differentiated offering and solutions, and be accountable for driving the Revenue Growth for AWS Cloud Business


    Should proactively work with markets/Business Development teams across geographies and industries to provide necessary practice support - RFP Responses, Solution Presentations, assisting in Creating Transformation Lead SolutionsProvide cutting-edge, high-quality solutions for a variety of client projects, leading to incremental revenue realization/client satisfaction/repeatable business.

    Create strong partnership between sales-practice-delivery teams to provide a holistic solution to the client per their needs Participate in RFPs to create differentiated solutions Get involved in top accounts in a/c planning , farming and proactively creating differentiation strategy and providing value addition.

    Maintain/ extend the external market profile of the Firm through participation in leading conferences, working with Analyst, developing/ contributing to plan publications, and making other professional contributions which enhance market awareness.

    Contributes to market and industry analysis, customer needs and business intelligence, foster working in a collaborative fashion with other service lines of the company and with delivery and sales teams.

    Demonstrate thought leadership by bringing out white papers, blogs, presentations and collaterals. Build capabilities, offerings, service accelerators and differentiators.

    Driving the Delivery Excellence in all Cloud Project, build cloud transformation processes, identify right tools and technologies and ensure all projects are delivered as per AWS Well Architecture Framework


    TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCEMinimum 20 years' experience as a technology leader, managing multi-faceted global teams and successfully leading the Cloud/Infrastructure Services Practice in an growth phase of IT services organization.

    Must have established and lead a practice, experience in pre-sales/consulting, strategic planning, customer onboarding and relationship management, and cloud-based solution definitions.

    Strong client service orientation, a solid reputation and credibility with global clients for delivering client value and impact. Should be seen as a trusted advisor to the client.

    Ability to build or scale a Practice Has experience in, or demonstrates the ability to, build or scale an entire Practice from the ground up.

    Has the motivation and aggressiveness of an entrepreneurial mindset.

    People leadership Previous experience successfully leading strong 20+ member teams comprising Cloud technology professionals, with a strong focus on talent management.

    Strong educational pedigree Strong academic performance, preferably in top tier schools; advanced degree preferred. Certification in AWS, TOGAF, Azure, CKA/ CKDDemonstrate experience in cloud services roles (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).

    Ideally, s/he will be a "consulting person" – a creator, tinkerer, builder, analyzer optimizer – someone who instinctively analyses products and experiences to determine how to make them better.

    More specifically, s/he will have the experience described below:
    Deep product and market expertise in Cloud offerings, including customer/user needs, competitive landscape, and key trends in the industry.

    Passion for and ability to customer needs and the ability to lead an organization to deliver and launch scalable solutions.

    Stay abreast of the latest innovations in IaaS cloud computing including Kubernetes, advanced Containerization solutions, and the cloud technology space.

    Extensive experience delivering cloud solutions to commercial and public sector customers.

    • Track record of working with CSPs like AWS/Azure, software/hardware ODM and OEMs to deliver solutions is vital.
    Thorough understanding of engineering and operational processes, techniques, best practices, and the ability to help optimize/redefine processes.
    Hands-on – not just a leader/talker but also wants to roll up her/his sleeves to get the job done.
