    Technical Business Analyst


    Job Overview :
    We are in search of a skilled and adaptable technical business analyst to enhance our information technology systems. In this position, you will be responsible for creating software programs to enhance our business processes. Additionally, you may need to conduct training sessions.


    To excel as a technical business analyst, you must showcase expertise and innovation in system development and application design.

    Exceptional technical business analysts merge their IT knowledge with a profound understanding of business operations.


    Responsibilities :

    • Conducting comprehensive system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services.
    • Assessing system efficiency and functionality through collaboration with internal teams and end users.
    • Presenting proposals to Management and securing approval for system enhancement initiatives.
    • Seamlessly integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business processes and services.
    • Evaluating and enhancing the performance of web-based customer portals and support features.
    • Ensuring end user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across various departments.
    • Monitoring product licenses and ensuring adherence to IT industry standards and regulations.
    • Guaranteeing that computer hardware remains compatible with system upgrades and enhancements.
    • Enhancing system efficiency and security by incorporating performance metrics and encryption methods.
    • Implementing cutting-edge advancements in system and enterprise architecture.

    Requirements :

    • A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, coupled with an accredited management consultancy qualification or equivalent.
    • Extensive background in technical business analysis within a relevant sector.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and system integration solutions.
    • Ability to facilitate internal end user efficiency.
    • Proficiency in designing and managing effective customer portal support and feedback mechanisms.
    • Ensuring optimal system performance through integrated diagnostic tools.
    • Advanced understanding of data security measures and encryption techniques.
    • Ability to stay abreast of IT innovations.
    • Outstanding communication skills to aid in the adoption of new software systems.
    • Understanding of pertinent licensing requirements and industry compliance protocols.
