    Description
    Moris Media is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to join our team. This full-time, remote position offers a negotiable salary based on your profile, experience, and skills. As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    Achieve Annual Sales Targets:
    Take ownership of surpassing annual sales targets within the assigned territory and accounts. Ensure both individual and sales team success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.

    Strategic Planning:
    Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Your role involves identifying key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans.

    Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, enduring customer relationships. Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

    Communication Excellence:
    Effectively communicate the value proposition through compelling proposals and presentations. Your role is instrumental in conveying the company's strengths and offerings.

    Market Awareness:
    Stay informed about category-specific landscapes and trends. Provide reports on factors influencing tactical budgets and the strategic direction of accounts.

    Team Leadership:
    Foster an inspiring team environment that encourages open communication. Set clear team goals, delegate tasks efficiently, and establish deadlines.

    Operational Oversight:
    Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning. Monitor team performance and provide regular metrics reports.

    Motivation, Training, and Coaching:
    Motivate team members to achieve their best performance. Identify training needs and provide coaching to enhance team skills.

    Issue Resolution:
    Listen to team members' feedback and promptly resolve any issues or conflicts. Recognize high-performance individuals and reward accomplishments.

    Encourage Creativity and Team Building:
    Foster a culture that encourages creativity and risk-taking. Suggest and organize team-building activities to enhance collaboration and camaraderie.

    Skills:
    Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    Previous roles as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director.
    Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels.
    Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
    Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
    Leadership skills to inspire and lead sales teams.
    Analytical skills to interpret sales performance data.
    Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.
    Innovative thinking to adapt sales strategies to changing market dynamics.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
    Master's Degree (Preferred) in business administration or a specialized area.
    Sales and Marketing Courses, Leadership and Management Training.
    Industry-Specific Knowledge in media, public relations, or digital marketing.
    Communication and Negotiation Skills enhancement courses.
    Professional Memberships in relevant organizations.
    Moris Media operates in a hybrid mode, allowing work from home based on geography, with reimbursement for required travel. The salary is negotiable based on your profile, experience, and skills.
