    Role - Chief of Staff (Cofounder's Office)

    Location - Andheri (Mumbai)

    Position Overview: ImpactGuru is searching for a dynamic individual to take ownership across multiple products within the Co-founder's office in the Product Management team. As a key contributor, you will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring the alignment of product pipelines with business objectives and driving execution excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ownership Across Multiple Products: Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle for multiple projects, from ideation to execution and continuous improvement.
    • Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure seamless alignment between the product pipeline and multiple business stakeholder expectations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
    • Business Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between the product team and business stakeholders, ensuring that product initiatives align with overall business goals.
    • Execution Involvement: Dive into the execution process when challenges arise, working hands-on with the team to address issues and drive successful project delivery.
    • Decision-Making: Demonstrate strong decision-making skills, leveraging data, and market insights to inform strategic choices and enhance product performance.
    • Data and Metrics Focus: Utilize a data-driven approach, leveraging metrics and analytics to guide product development decisions, optimize user experiences, and measure the success of product initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in product management, showcasing strong decision-making skills.
    • Track record of successful ownership of multiple products through the entire lifecycle.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Hands-on experience with data analysis and a strong understanding of metrics.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
