    Description
    To provide Subject Matter Expertise onInstrumentation and Control. Build technical capacities in processautomation to win /execute large / complex advanced manufacturingfacilities Responsibilities1. Engineering and design of measurement control andregulation technology as well as automation systems in advancedmanufacturing facilities 2. Providetechnical expertise on Instrumentation & Control products /subcontracts to the tendering and procurement team. Provideaccurate and competitive quantity estimates during bidding for I& C Systems / Services. Drive value engineering duringexecution with focus on cost optimization on the budgetedcost 3. Develop concepts and documents inaccordance with the contract (e.g. specifications drawingsfunctional descriptions) and ensure the best quality ofimplementation and compliance with EHS requirements. Reviewing thebasis of design permitting procedures drawings reportsspecifications and all other work necessary to meet the clientrequirements. Review and provide approval of design calculationsschematics technical submittals QAPs and Shop drawings for I &C systems. 4. Provide technical expertise toprojects on Instrumentation and Control scope Design InstallationCommissioning Operation Maintenance. and interface with othertrades. Guide team on installation of appropriate control andautomation systems on the construction site. Reviewing FAT/SAT andaccepting the materials for Installation 5. Ensure timelyavailability of GFC drawings & technical documents.6. Implement/follow proper QA/QC procedures bymaintaining and following Project QA/QC Manual 7. Coordinate allinterfaces and establish a reliable flow of information internallyand externally.
