    Position Overview:


    We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead our cybersecurity team in safeguarding our organization's assets, data, and systems against cyber threats.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, extensive experience in managing security operations, and a proven track record of implementing effective security measures in complex organizational environments.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, including remote teams and thirdparty vendors, to ensure the effective operation of security controls and processes.
    • Develop, document, and implement information security strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, NIST, CMMC, ISO
    • Implement and maintain security tools such as EDR/XDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Privileged Access Management, and Privileged Remote Access to detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
    • Lead cybersecurity incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery, to minimize the impact of security incidents.
    • Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide guidance and support to IT and business units on security best practices, risk management, and compliance requirements.
    • Stay abreast of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies in the cybersecurity landscape and recommend proactive measures to enhance the organization's security Bachelor's degree in information systems, information cybersecurity, or a related field.
    • 7+ years of progressive experience in information security, with a focus on security operations.
    • Strong knowledge of information security principles, technologies, and best practices, including risk management, vulnerability management, incident response, and security operations.
    • Experience implementing and maintaining security tools such as EDR/XDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Privileged Access Management, and Privileged Remote Access.
    • Experience working on cybersecurity incidents, from detection to resolution.
    • Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team of information security professionals, including remote teams and thirdparty vendors.
    • Experience developing, documenting, and implementing information security strategies, policies, and procedures in a complex organizational environment.
    • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) and industry standards (e.g., NIST, CMMC, ISO
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
    • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
