JobOverview

We are seeking a skilledProject Manager for a leading Solar Power Solutions provider. TheProject Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planningexecution and completion of solar energy projects ensuring they aredelivered on time within budget and to the highest qualitystandards.

JobResponsibilities:

Project Planning andExecution

Plan and schedule 20 to 30projects at a time keeping in mind client expectations siteconstraints & INC teamscapabilities
Oversee the execution of rooftopresidential solar projects through a team of site supervisorsensuring adherence to quality standards and projectspecifications.
Monitor project progressidentify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigatethem.

TeamManagement

Manage a team of sitesupervisors providing guidance support and performancefeedback.
Scout & onboard new INC teams.Provide requisite training guidance & handholding on companyprocesses & safety procedures.
Coordinatework assignments monitor progress and ensure timely completion oftasks.
Foster a collaborative and productivework environment encouraging teamwork and effectivecommunication.
Identify the right training forthe team members every quarter with the view of enhancing teamskills and overall teamproductivity.

BudgetManagement

Track project budgets asper project costing ensuring that projects are completed withinplanned financial parameters.
Monitor projectexpenses review cost reports and implement costcontrolmeasures.
Collaborate with the financedepartment to track project costs invoices andpayments.

Collaboration withDepartments:

Liaise effectively withthe design head to ensure site design documents are updated &available as per actual site conditions well beforeexecution.
Collaborate on procurementactivities vetting & validating BOMs STAD/ GA DrawingsElectrical participating in INC Team Biddings ensuring highqualitymaterial & INC teams are chosen for largesites.
Communicate project requirements &ensure material availability on site by coordinating with PurchaseWarehouse & Logisticsdepartments.

JobRequirements:

Bachelorsdegree in engineering renewable energy or a related field. Amasters degree would be a plus. PMP certification would be aplus.
Proven experience as a Solar ProjectManager specifically with rooftopprojects.
Strong project management skills withthe ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
Excellent leadership and teammanagement abilities.
Solid understanding ofsolar energy systems installation practices and relevantregulations.
Familiarity with budget managementand costcontrol techniques.
Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills to liaise with variousstakeholders.
Proficiency & experienceusing project management software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
Problemsolving skills and the ability tomake sound decisions underpressure.
