Overview:
SalesManagers are responsible for identifying new business opportunitiesnurturing relationships with potential and existing customersnegotiating terms and ensuring customer satisfaction. They conductmarket research explore new sales prospects and participate inpromotionalactivities.
JobsandResponsibilities:

Identifyand pursue new business opportunities and potentialcustomers.
Reach out to potential customers topresent company products or services.
Cultivaterelationships with existing customers and maintain regularcommunication.
Negotiate prices and terms withcustomers.
Prepare sales contracts and monitorsales activities.
Collaborate with team membersto ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct marketresearch to assess customer needs and identify salesopportunities.
Actively seek out new salesopportunities through cold calling networking and socialmedia.
Arrange meetings with potential clientsto understand their requirements.
Prepare anddeliver compelling presentations on products andservices.
Generate regular sales and financialreports.
Ensure availability of stock for salesand demonstrations.
Represent the company atexhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate and closedeals handling complaints or objections asneeded.
Collaborate with team members toachieve better results.
Gather feedback fromcustomers and prospects and communicate it to internalteams.

RequirementsandSkills:

Proficiencyin English.
Excellent knowledge of MSOffice.
Fast learner with a passion forsales.
Selfmotivated with a resultsdrivenapproach.
Ability to deliver engagingpresentations.
MBA in Sales or Bachelor sdegree in BusinessStudies.
