Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients seeking information and assistance with immigration processes.
Address client concerns, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner, striving to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures to effectively assist clients and address inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and ensure a seamless client experience.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including details of inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

Any Graduate.

Experience :
Freshers.

Excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
