    Job Description

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of experience in HR strategy , employee relations, or a related field
    • Project Management experience is mandatory
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement programs .
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address employee concerns.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
    • Inspiring and motivational with the ability to influence and drive change.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with leaders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive employee engagement strategy , aligned with business objectives and employee needs.
    • Design and manage impactful employee engagement programs that boost morale, productivity, and retention.
    • Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and tailor programs accordingly.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Pillar SPoCs, HR teams and support teams to ensure successful program execution.
    • Develop frameworks to define and measure the impact of employee engagement initiatives, demonstrating ROI.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Communicate program goals, benefits, and results effectively through engaging presentations and reports.
    • Manage vendor relationships for employee engagement solutions as needed.
    • Stay up-to-date on best practices in employee engagement and HR trends.

    Requirements

    Kindly note that we are working in a Hybrid Mode with base location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, this is not a remote role.
