Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist in administrative tasks and data entry.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors.
- Keep records of visitors and deliveries.
- Ensure security protocols are followed.
- Handle basic inquiries and redirect as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Collaborate with the administrative team.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous front desk or admin experience is a plus.
