Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors.
  • Keep records of visitors and deliveries.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Handle basic inquiries and redirect as necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organized with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous front desk or admin experience is a plus.
