    Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with multiple business units to understand architecture needs and taking charge of the entire architecture development process from start to finish.

    Job Location--Noida/Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Gurgaon/Chennai/Kolkata

    We are looking for candidates for the position of Principal/Lead/Consultant- WORKDAY Technical

    Responsibilities:

    • Knowledge of Workday Payroll, Studio Integration, PICOF, PECI is required
    • Create and customize applications to align with business processes and application requirements.
    • Extensive understanding of the Workday HCM product suite (Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance).
    • Familiarity with the Workday security model, including user and group integrations.
    • Proficiency in implementing Workday's Methodology on projects.
    • Experience in handling production support issues, defects, and improvements.
    • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
    • Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Effective project and time management abilities to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    Qualifications we look for!

    Minimum qualifications

    • BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA

    Preferred qualifications

    Desired skills:

    • Experience in leading technical teams and being a subject matter expert through various systems development stages.
    • Handling sensitive data and knowledge of security configuration in Workday.
    • Experience in all project phases including fit/gap analysis.
    • Proficiency in Integration tools like EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
    • Knowledge of Workday Web Services API, XML, XSLT
    • Core Connector experience – Worker and Payroll, PECI Connector
    • Cloud Connect expertise for Worker, CCB
    • CCTPP PICOF/PECI
    • Creating Custom Reports & Calculated Fields
    • Skills in Linux / Shell Scripting
    • Functional knowledge in at least one Human Resources Module – Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence & Payroll.

    Experience throughout the software development lifecycle, from identifying requirements to providing maintenance and support.
