    Description

    JobDescription for Personal Assistant to Managing Partner & CoFounder:

    1.Providehighlevel administrative support including managing calendarsscheduling meetings arranging travel and handlingcorrespondence.

    2. Act as aprimary point of contact between the Managing Partner andinternal/external stakeholders. Screen and prioritize phone callsemails and othercommunications.

    3. Organize andmaintain files documents and records ensuring that information iseasily accessible and uptodate. Assist in preparing reportspresentations and othermaterials.

    4. Plan andcoordinate meetings conferences and events. Prepare meeting agendastake minutes and follow up on action items asneeded.

    5. Assist withvarious projects and initiatives including research data analysisand coordination with other team members ordepartments.

    6. Arrange travelitineraries including flights accommodations transportation andvisas. Provide support during travel such as handling logistics andcoordinating meetings orevents.

    7.Handle sensitiveand confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Maintain confidentiality regarding executive decisions discussionsanddocuments.

    8.Build andmaintain positive relationships with colleagues clients vendors andother stakeholders. Represent the executive professionally andcourteously in allinteractions.



    Requirements

    Requirement:
    Experience Range:1 to 3 Years.
    oExcellentOral and Written Communicationskills.
    oGoodpresentationskills
    oMustbe familiar with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Wordetc.Malecandidatepreferred.
    Arelevant Experience means Experience gained while working in a LawFirm or as an InHouse Executive Assistant .
    Qualification:
    TheCandidate should be a qualified Bachelor /PostGraduate in any ofthe followingdisciplines:
    B.E./M.BA.
    Location
    ThePosition requires the Candidate to operate out of Stratjuris officein Baner (Pan Card Club Road) atPune.
