Industry experience and relationships should span across theverticals of Travel and Hospitality source to pay record to reportorder to cash security information event management (SIEM) and IThelp desk services
Should have Geo coveringbusiness in the US UK and Middle East.
Shouldhave abilities to improve processes and service delivery strategiesfrom a leadership work force management quality recruitment and HRperspective.
Should have major experience fromthe travel and hospitality domain.
Should havedelivered end to end solution design along with implementationautomation business intelligence and technologysolutions
KeyResponsibilities:
Should have managed team sizeof more than 80 associates across different vertical line ofbusiness
Should have strong quality processbackground to ensure high CSAT and ESAT (with cost efficientmeasures implemented successfully)
Should betarget oriented and have proven track record in meeting thosetargets
Should have managed the entire BusinessTransformation Services unit with full responsibility for P&L.Major focus was on revenue generation and costcontrol.
Concurrently managed multiple customersand teams across geographies from varied industries that includeT&H SIEM and back office procurement accounting and IT helpdesk services
Should be responsible to drivebusiness results by identifying best practices & processreengineering opportunities and implementing these across allteams
Should focus intensely on businesstransformation where automation BI and implementation oftechnologies/systems were executed providing customers with aninnovative edge
Develop comprehensive strategiesworking with finance quality sourcing training andoperations
Facilitate regular audits to detectany compliance or contractual breaches and encourage continuousimprovement
Manage customer relationship andexpand the existing business. Should have played a key part inpresales / sales acquiring new business
Set upquality and performance management systems
Should have experience in Setting up BPO process from groundZero
