    Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Custodian for overall Data management & business reporting across customers within the Ecommerce vertical.
    • Interprets data from multiple sources & turns it into information that can be used by decision makers
    • Leads the Ecommerce Listing & Cataloguing activity and ensures thorough platform checks across platforms for accuracy of assortment.
    • Liases between Supply chain team and Customers for orders and P.O fulfilment
    • Coordinate with platform warehouses in case of delayed appointments/delivery escalations/returns etc
    • Supports the Ecomm manager on tracking and reconciling Monthly spends Budget across all brands.
    • Follows up for timely accounts receivables.
    • Closely tracks and monitors receipt of invoices, credit notes & debit notes, ensuring they are captured in the system on time etc

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    • 2-5 years in data management & analysis
    • Graduation or masters in any discipline
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (MS office)
    • Preferably worked in Ecommerce space before
    • Must have at least 1 year of Relevant experience in stakeholder management
    • Good spoken and written communication
    • Ability to understand data, generate insights and make data-based decisions.
