    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Certification and Education Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing certification programs and educational initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery. This position involves collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and learners to uphold the highest standards of education and certification within our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    1.Certification Program Management:
    Develop, implement, and oversee certification programs from initiation to completion.
    Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.
    Manage the certification exam process, including scheduling, proctoring, and result dissemination

    2.Education Program Coordination:
    Coordinate educational workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
    Liaise with instructors, trainers, and external educational partners to ensure the smooth execution of programs.
    Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational initiatives, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.

    3.Documentation and Compliance:
    Maintain accurate records of certifications, training, and educational achievements.
    Ensure compliance with relevant accreditation bodies and regulatory requirements.
    Prepare reports on certification and education program metrics for management review.

    4.Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
    Communicate effectively with internal teams, learners, and external partners regarding certification and education program updates.
    Provide guidance and support to individuals seeking information on certification and educational opportunities.
