    Job Description

  • Partner with Business to shape and evolve the business culture through engagement programs at organization level.
  • Contribute in the design, delivery and communication of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Contribute in the design, development and execution of the program, processes and activities required to engage and develop talent pool to realize their potential to fill key positions within the organization.
  • Run talents programs on internal platforms, resolve first level queries for employees and develop reports and analytics for data driven decisions.
  • Responsible for new hire engagement programs with the core team and engage execution of the change management and communication plan for the key projects.
  • Actively engage the key talent groups through structured interactions, as well as regular communications formally and informally.
  • Manage the development and delivery of creative and influential communication campaigns to help engage employees with programs of organizational change, projects, initiatives and events.
  • Responsible for building touchpoints to enhance employee experience, drive engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Drive internal engagement by developing effective communication campaigns which ensure that our company mission, values and objectives, and progress against these objectives, are clearly communicated to employees.
  • To Work on organization development programs and initiatives.
  • Work with business groups assess, create and implement innovative solutions for variety of learning initiatives.
  • Contribute in the design, delivery and communication of Learning programs and initiatives
  • Provides ongoing support for the tasks assigned by the manager.
  • Other responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager.
