    Description

    The BFSI Account Management role at HCL is crucial for driving sales in Growth Accounts. The candidate will establish profitable relationships with CxO level decision-makers, guide sales opportunities from start to finish, closely collaborating with Pre-Sales, Solutioning & Delivery teams locally and internationally. The ability to introduce innovative Deal Shaping concepts and independently propose proactive solutions will be essential for success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets with well-thought-out business development strategies
    • Cultivate enduring relationships with senior management at Growth Accounts, subsidiaries, and partners
    • Diversify sales management and portfolios by building a strong sales pipeline
    • Oversee the complete sales process for all opportunities, from initial contact to deal closure
    • Collaborate closely with presales and delivery teams to ensure tailored offerings meet customer needs
    • Provide guidance to clients in the initial stages of projects and ensure their ongoing satisfaction
    • Conduct market and account research to stay competitive and contribute to client proposition development
    • Lead new business sales to selected clients and engage various teams throughout the sales cycle
    • Demonstrate sales leadership, ensuring high-quality presentations and proposals and delivering transparent management reporting
    • Participate in contract negotiations and post-contract management, maintaining strong client relationships

    Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

    • Extensive network of contacts
    • Experience with strategic sales processes and addressing business challenges beyond IT
    • Knowledge of industry trends relevant to the Media sector
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and add value to clients' business environments
    • Proficiency in developing complex bid and operations models
    • Entrepreneurial mindset toward new opportunities and cross-selling strategies
    • Strong negotiation and mediation skills
