    Description

    Position: Technical Program Manager - Data TPM (Data Engineering, AI, Data Science)

    About the Company: Join our innovative team at a cutting-edge tech company specializing in data solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Data Quality Management:
    Serve as the main point of contact for data quality to ensure the reliability of our data assets.

    - Project Coordination and Execution:
    Manage data-centric projects for timely delivery and practical execution.
    Collaborate with teams to ensure project alignment and goal achievement.

    - Hands-On Technical Involvement:
    Utilize SQL and Python for data analysis, quality checks, and monitoring.
    Engage directly with technical tasks to bridge data engineering and data science teams.

    - Collaborative Teamwork:
    Promote collaboration between engineering, data science, and business teams.
    Translate business requirements into technical tasks for team alignment.

    - Operational Reporting and Insights:
    Generate operational insights, data quality reports, and craft dashboards for decision-making.
    Keep stakeholders informed on project progress.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    - Experience in managing data projects within a startup or agile environment.
    - Proficiency in SQL and Python for scripting, data querying, and analysis.
    - Ability to address technical challenges collaboratively and solve problems practically.
    - Strong communication skills to connect technical and operational teams.
    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
