    About the Job and Company:


    We are currently looking for a Product Owner to join our team. As the Product Owner, you will have a crucial role in shaping the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap, making sure it aligns with market needs and business goals.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer and market needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements.
    • Act as the intermediary between stakeholders, ensuring alignment for successful product delivery.
    • Conduct daily scrum calls, manage project timelines, and uphold Agile practices.
    • Contribute to user story crafting, flowchart creation, test case development, and product delivery process.
    • Work closely with design, development, and QA teams to deliver high-quality payment solutions.
    • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive data-informed improvements.
    • Manage the product release process, including planning and stakeholder communication.
    • Conduct product demos and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Provide expertise on payment systems to support sales and customer support.
    • Collaborate with compliance and security teams to ensure regulatory standards adherence.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA with a tech background.
    • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in banking and payments industry.
    • Strong background in product development within core banking platforms or payment hubs.
    • Experience in deposit or lending modules within core banking platform development.
    • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficient in product management and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.
    • Analytical mindset with focus on data-driven decision-making.
    • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
