    Description
    Responsibilities:
    • Workclosely with Product Lead and Marketing managers to support thedevelopment of a ProductRoadmap.
    • Collaboratewith a wide range of stakeholders to identify and define customerneeds.
    • Actas a bridge between the business and technology to interprettechnical feedback to theBusiness.
    • Workwith the Business teams to calculate business/customer benefitswhen defining requirements to track the value of therequirements.
    • Bethe voice of the customer in the context and value of the businessrequirements
    • Managethe Product Backlog of epics and features and driveprioritization
    • Interfacewith Product Owners to convey requirements and provide insight intobusinessrationale/benefits
    • Supportproduct design development and release schedule and maintain aproduct developmentroadmap
    • Workwith Project Managers / Solution Architects to ensure a coordinatedapproach to the longterm product architecture roadmap and digital /platformstrategy.
    • Conductresearch including customer feedback and analyze data on markettrends to identify product enhancement and developmentopportunities.
    • Articulateand recommend product enhancements to support businessobjectives
    • Advocateand champion the Agile iterative process within theBusiness
    • Retainstrong customer focusalways


    Requirements

    Skills&Experience:
    • Demonstrableexperience owning and developing digital products especially webmobile app email platforms for 3years
    • Significantexperience working in AGILE methodology and iterative environmentismust
    • Competencyusing collaboration tools like JIRAConfluence
    • Creatingand managing product roadmaps and backlogmanagement
    • Theability to apply data research and professional judgment andexperience to ensure our products are making the biggest differencetoconsumers
    • Anunderstanding of and focus on usercentricdesign
    • Demonstratedability to work collaboratively and excellent communication skillsto influence seniorstakeholders
    • Excellentwritten verbal and social skills You will be interacting with alltypes of people (user experience designers developers managersmarketersetc.)
    • Abilityto work in a fast paced crossfunctional multiple projectenvironment on an independent basis and with minimalsupervision
    • Abilityto multitask and plan organize and prioritize multipleprojects.
