    Role Description
    This position is a full-time on-site opportunity for a **Digital Marketing Specialist** at **StarcAds** based in **Kochi**. As a **Digital Marketing Specialist**, your responsibilities will revolve around daily activities related to **social media marketing**, **digital marketing**, **web analytics**, **online marketing**, and **communication**.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    **Digital Strategy Development:**
    - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies in line with business goals and target audience preferences.
    - Identify primary digital channels and tactics to optimize brand exposure and engagement.

    **Paid Campaign Management:**
    - Outline, implement, and refine paid advertising campaigns on various platforms like **Google Ads**, **Facebook Ads**, **LinkedIn Ads**, etc.
    - Track campaign performance, scrutinize data, and adapt campaign parameters to enhance ROI and meet KPIs.

    **Search Engine Optimization (SEO):**
    - Create and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to the website.
    - Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to boost website performance and rankings.

    **Content Marketing:**
    - Collaborate with the content team to craft engaging and pertinent content for diverse digital platforms such as the website, blog, social media, etc.
    - Ensure content is SEO-optimized and aligned with overarching digital marketing objectives.

    **Analytics and Reporting:**
    - Track and assess digital marketing performance metrics leveraging tools like **Google Analytics**, **Google Ads**, social media analytics, etc.
    - Produce regular reports and insights on campaign performance, audience behavior, and digital marketing trends.

    **Qualifications**
    - Skills in **Social Media Marketing**, **Social Media Management**, and **Digital Marketing**
    - Proficiency in **Web Analytics** and **Online Marketing**
    - Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
    - Proficient in data analysis and making data-driven decisions
