    Position Overview:
    We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketer/Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kochi, Kerala.

    This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing who is eager to make a significant impact.

    As a Digital Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEM, SEO, and display advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.
    • Manage and optimize social media platforms, including content creation, community management, and paid advertising, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
    • Conduct keyword research and optimization to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website.
    • Assist in the creation of engaging content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy.
    • Monitor campaign performance and key metrics using analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights to optimize performance and ROI.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies and tactics to drive continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 12 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
    • Experience with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to make datadriven decisions.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
    • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
