    Job Description

    We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at StarcAds in Kochi. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of social media marketing, digital strategies, web analytics, online promotions, and communication initiatives.

    Required Experience: Minimum 2 years

    Compensation: Commensurate with expertise

    Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Digital Strategy Development:

    • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that are in sync with business goals and audience preferences.
    • Identify optimal digital channels and strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

    Paid Campaign Management:

    • Devise, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data insights, and fine-tune strategies for maximum ROI and KPI attainment.

    Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

    • Formulate and execute SEO tactics to elevate organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic to the website.
    • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO assessments to boost website rankings and performance.

    Content Marketing:

    • Collaborate closely with the content team to create compelling and targeted content for digital platforms such as websites, blogs, and social media.
    • Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and supports overall digital marketing goals.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track and evaluate digital marketing performance metrics utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics.
    • Generate regular reports and insights on campaign performance, audience behavior, and market trends.

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
    • Skilled in Web Analytics and Online Marketing
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Strong data analysis skills to drive informed decisions
    • Effective organizational and project management proficiencies
    • Knowledge of SEO and SEM methodologies
    • Experience in content creation and copywriting
    • Holding relevant certifications in digital marketing or related areas
