    Role: Senior Business Analyst - Insurance Domain

    Job Type: Full Time

    Job Positions: 1

    Location: Chennai/Thailand

    Job Description:

    • 8+ years of total work experience
    • 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a solid understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
    • Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, focusing on delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
    • Required to travel onsite to Thailand to comprehend client requirements and act as the Single Point of Contact for the offshore team in providing solutions.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, capable of translating business needs into actionable solutions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., IIBA, LOMA, INS) are advantageous.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is desirable.
    • Experience with insurance systems and technologies (e.g., policy administration systems, claims management systems, CRM) is preferred.
