    Description

    Job Description :

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to insurance domain projects.
    • Conduct workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to elicit and understand business needs, objectives, and priorities.
    • Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications, including functional and nonfunctional requirements.
    • Work closely with software development teams to ensure the alignment of business requirements with technical solutions.
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation such as business requirements documents, user stories, process flows, and system diagrams.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
    • Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
    • Collaborate with QA teams to develop test strategies and test cases based on business requirements.
    • Support project managers in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase.

    Required Skills :

    • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain.
    • Strong understanding of insurance industry concepts, processes, and regulations.
    • Proficiency in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and use case analysis.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
    • Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes and methodologies.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio for documentation and collaboration.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
