PositionOverview:We are seeking atalented and driven individual to join our team as a BusinessAnalyst for a client. As a Business Analyst you will play a vitalrole in analyzing business processes identifying areas forimprovement and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency andproductivity. This is an excellent opportunity for a recentgraduate who is passionate about problemsolving and eager to gainhandson experience in the field of businessanalysis.Responsibilities:

Collaboratewith stakeholders to understand business objectives andrequirements.
Conduct research and analysis toevaluate existing business processes andsystems.
Identify gaps inefficiencies and areasfor improvement within currentworkflows.
Assist in the development ofbusiness cases requirements documentation and projectplans.
Work closely with crossfunctional teamsto gather and prioritize requirements.
Utilizeanalytical tools and techniques to interpret data and deriveactionable insights.
Prepare and presentfindings recommendations and solutions to keystakeholders.
Support the implementation andmonitoring of recommended solutions.
Stayinformed about industry trends best practices and emergingtechnologies relevant to businessanalysis.

Requirements:

Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Management Information SystemsComputer Science or related field.
Stronganalytical skills with the ability to think critically and solvecomplex problems.
Excellent communicationskills both written and verbal.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite especially Excel andPowerPoint.
Detailoriented with a keen eye foridentifying patterns and trends indata.
Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt tonew tools technologies and methodologies.
Priorinternship or coursework in business analysis project management orrelated areas is aplus.
