    Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.

    Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.

    Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

    What you'll be doing

    The MS Engineer is responsible for providing a service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Through preemptive service incident and resolution activities, as well as product reviews, operational improvements, operational practices, and quality assurance this role will maintain a high level of service to clients. Their primary objective is to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions .The MS Engineer s responsible for managing tickets of low to high complexity.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Resolve escalated tickets
      Build cloud solutions on AWS tailored to client specific needs
      Carry out deployment and migration activities
      Ensure customer environments are scalable, available and highly secure
      Ensure adherence to support SLA.
      Ensure deployment of AWS best practices
      Very Good experience in deploying and supporting AWS services e.g. EC2, ELB, S3, Route 53, VPC, Autoscaling, RDS, SES, SNS, CloudFormation, AMI Management, Snapshots AWS CloudWatch, IAM, Security Groups, CloudTrail, CloudConfig, Lamda, Elastic Cache GaurdDuty, Inspector, System Manager, EFS, CloudEndure etc.
      Expertise with analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale, multi-AZ deployments in a public cloud
      Hands on good experience in deploying and advance troubleshooting skills in either Windows or Linux Operating systems.
      Should have experience in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of application servers e.g. Apache, Nginx, IIS etc.
      Experience and deep understanding of working within a DevOps environment and lifecycle
      Good experience in application release management tools e.g. GitHub/CodeCommit, AWS CodeDeploy, Ansible, Jenkins etc.
      Experience with deployment, monitoring and maintenance of AWS Containers Solutions e.g. EKS, ECs etc.
      Strong knowledge on application monitoring/logging tools New Relic/ELK.
      Experience with Shell Scripting, Python, , Bash, Java. AWS Associate Certified
