    The Raven Writing Desk is an end-to-end content solutions firm located in Mumbai. Our diverse team of creatives is united by their love of stories and storytelling. We believe that every person, brand, and idea we work with is part of a larger narrative, and do our best to communicate that vision and bring it to life.

    Our ideal candidate should have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion. This candidate should also have experience in working with numerous different design softwares and platforms.

    Role Description

    • Creating valuable communication assets across a host of clients from various niches, including social media creatives, ad creatives, stories, and more.
    • Packaging and design in accordance with our client's brand values and identity
    • Collaborating with our in-house creative team to create content in accordance with editorial calendars
    • Use your strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a final quality product
    • Delegate design tasks and provide support for junior-level design team members
    • Maintain high standards of quality and make sure only the best work is released to clients
    • Collaborate across the organisation to drive up standards of digital creativity

    Qualifications

    • 2-3 years. of experience
    • Familiarity with social media platform formats
    • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
    • Basic Video editing skills and motion graphics preferred
    • Ability to supervise/manage team members and freelancers
    • Knowledge of graphic design techniques and the latest trends
    • An eye for detail
    • Strong sense of colour combinations, fonts, and layout
