    Requirements:SAP Leaning solution SAP EnterpriseCompensation Management SAP ERecruiting Extensive exposure in functionalspecification writing and understating user scomplexrequirements.

    Good experience in SAP HR functional configurations mainly on PA/PYand TM Implement business requirements andperform fit gap analysis between clientsExpertise in Rules (PCR) and Schemas.

    Exposure in structural and functional enhancements to data sourceswith necessary userexitsformaster Definedattendance/absence types counting rules time constraintsettings. Created rules for Overtimecalculations on daily weekly and biweeklybasis. Created custom defined PCRs forabsence and attendance wage type generation throughtimeevaluation.

    Maintained the Processing class and EvaluationClass 5 years experience in a business orfunctional analyst role with a minimum of 2yearsexperience researching SAP HR Payrollrelated issues developing process mapscompletingconfiguration creating technicaldevelopment specs performing application testinggatheringbusiness requirements and handlingchange management activities in support of SAP HRPayrollprocesses.

    General knowledge of functionality tools and methods used withinthe HR Payroll Module General knowledge ofcore functionality within the SAP HCM Module as well as crossmoduleawareness within the SAP ERPApplication Awareness of consistent userexperience with other SAP transactionsExperience with SAP tools (e.g. LSMW workflowportal)

    Technical Knowledge (stronglypreferred):

    Working knowledge ofconfiguration for the SAP Payroll Module and its integration pointswithall other SAP modules as well as ESS andMSS.

    Experience with SAPworkflow
