    Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – Conversational Analyst

    As a Conversational Analyst at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in Designs Conversation Scripts, Bot Responses and user journey.

    You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement conversational solutions that enhance user experience.

    Responsibilities


    • Able to lead the team from a technical, managerial leadership perspective.
    • Implementation of Chat bots, NLP, Agent Assist and system integrations projects.
    • Integration experience in WebServices using REST, SOAP.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
    • Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to enhance conversational capabilities.
    • Integrate chatbots with various enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
    • Designs Conversation Scripts, Bot Responses, and user journey to create consumer facing Chatbots with personality, character and human user interactions.
    • Responsible for Designing and testing of chat conversations, flows, and user journeys based on different bot personas.
    • Experience in integrating chatbots with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Integration experience in WebServices using REST, SOAP.
    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications / Skills


    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills


    • Knowledge along with AI, NLP, ML, Chat bots implementation experience
    • Exposure to NLP & ML.
    • Experience with other conversational AI platforms is a bonus.
