Description

To oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the company's financial strategic requirements.

Oversee Direct/Indirect taxation, tax tax-related
matters under litigation and coordinate
with the authorities, and
consultants, as applicable.

Coordinate with the Bankers and Financial Institutions and shall be responsible for effectively controlling & managing the overall banking facilities of the Company.

Will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks and investments.
Guide the company towards profitability and long-term success.

Have a grip on the Company's overall financial position and take corrective/preventive actions as & when required.
Oversee the IT & Company Secretarial functions.

Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel including the Internal Audit function of the Company.
Develop/Implement the corporate fund-raising strategies and manage relationships with Share Holders and Investors, as applicable.

Monitor Company's Business Plan/Budget.
Prepare timely reports on financial performance on a Monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis.

Interpret financial information for managerial staff while recommending further course of actions.
Liaise with the Statutory Auditors and ensure Compliance to financial laws, policies & guidelines.

Report to the CEO and interface with the authorized functions within the Group and the Board of Directors, as required.
