    Roles andResponsibilities

    As part of theEnterprise Architecture group we are looking for an experiencedSolution architect for the consumer group who is creative withstrong interest in technology and will focus on North stararchitecture and finding opportunities to architect the nextgeneration largescale business systems. We are looking for someonewho has the ability to apply multiple solutions to enablefuturestate business capabilities that in turn drive targetedbusiness outcomes. They should be able to quickly comprehend thefunctions and capabilities of existing new and emergingtechnologies that enable and drive new business solutions andmodels.

    As aSolution Architect you will significantly contribute to identifyingbestfit architectural solutions for one or more projects developapplication design and provide regular support/guidance to deliveryteams.

    Must Have:

    • Bachelor s or Master s Degree orequivalent
    • Ten or more years of relevant workexperience
    • Three Years of work experience insolution/technical/enterprise architecture.
    • Three years of experience in designing Pega journeys NBAsPredictive intelligence & machine learninganalytics
    • One or more experience on TMForumOpen APIs implementation and design Product Catalog Marketingproducts designs
    • One or more experience indesigning large scale chatbot solutions integration with chat Voice& CRM systems agent assistant solutions.
    • One or more Solution experience in Customer and AssistedChannels IVR Bots Mobile Apps Care Applications Storesapplications.
    • One or more Understanding ofCloud platforms Microservices
    • One or more PEGABPM & Decisioning
    • Telecom Domain

    Even Better if youhave

    • Goodunderstanding of content management solutions to manage marketingcontent on digital platforms. Preferably AEM
    • Sound knowledge about data security andencryption
    • Platform/Deployment in AWS withKubernetes
    • Telecom Domain background ismust.
    • TOGAF TMForum certification will be anadded advantage.
