    Job Description:

    Delivery Manager - Consumer and Retail Data & Analytics

    Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkata / Noida/ Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai

    Experience:

    Minimum of 10-12 years in the IT industry with a focus on global delivery management, specifically within the realm of data and analytics for the Consumer and Retail sector.

    Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery process, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and meets client expectations effectively.
  • Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for data analytics projects, emphasizing profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Take charge of project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to secure successful project outcomes.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and driving overall customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in Data & Analytics, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance.

  • Extensive background in Data & Analytics, showcasing hands-on experience in successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging effectively with clients and stakeholders across all levels.
  • Possesses a strategic mindset, capable of driving business growth and identifying new opportunities within the Consumer and Retail sector.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the Consumer and Retail industry landscape.
  • Technology awareness encompassing AWS, Azure, and Snowflake platforms.
