    Delivery Manager - Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform

    Experience : 15+ years


    Overview :


    We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Manager with extensive expertise in managing Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform large programs.

    The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SharePoint, Power Platform tools, and Viva, along with a proven track record of successful project and program delivery.

    They will be adept at managing project/program management metrics, SLAs, managed services, and possess strong delivery governance skills.

    The role involves overseeing the portfolio of services across multiple accounts, leading large teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to build delivery propositions for new opportunities.


    Responsibilities :

    • Manage largescale programs involving Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
    • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of SharePoint, Power Platform tools, and Viva, leveraging their capabilities to drive business outcomes.
    • Implement project and program delivery lifecycles, encompassing project/program management metrics, SLAs, managed services, T&M, Stay green/QMS metrics.
    • Establish and maintain robust delivery governance frameworks, escalation matrix, and health metrics to ensure program success and client satisfaction.
    • Effectively manage margins and financial aspects of programs, optimizing profitability while maintaining service quality.
    • Lead and mentor teams of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.


    Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute delivery propositions for new opportunities and customers, aligning with business objectives and client requirements.


    • Leverage experience working with Microsoft alliances to drive valueadded solutions and enhance service offerings.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
    • 15+ years of experience in Delivery Manager with a focus on Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform.
    • Indepth knowledge of SharePoint, Power Platform tools, and Viva, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business solutions.
    • Proven track record of managing largescale programs, delivering within scope, timeline, and budget.
    • Strong understanding of project/program management metrics, SLAs, managed services, and delivery governance principles.
    • Experience managing portfolios of services across multiple accounts, with a focus on margin management and client satisfaction.
    • Excellent people management skills, with experience leading large teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
    • Ability to develop and articulate delivery propositions for new opportunities and customers, leveraging Microsoft technologies.
    • Experience working with Microsoft alliances is an added advantage.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
