    Hcl -Tech - Service Delivery Manager

    Job Location : Bengaluru

    Scope:

    The range involves management of revenue,

    Financials Management: knowledge of P&L sheet.

    People management: experience managing a team of 45-60 project managers and team leaders.

    The position is an operational leadership role with facilitating the adoption/growth/retention of the portfolio. Individual will have accountability for retaining and growing a portfolio of client. Act as a program support liaison for operational effectiveness, will also have responsibility for annual profit plan, retention plan and growth plan. Works jointly with higher management and Sales (if needed) to drive overall team ownership of client relationships & client retention.

    May have significant leadership support and teams spread across multiple countries/locations often including a matrixes, national/international, virtual team environment.

    The position has both internal and external interface at all levels at an account and day-to-day interface at the Executive level.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Main areas in which the role holder must produce results in order to achieve the purpose of the role. They start with a verb and describe the end results rather than duties or activities or broad, vague statements.

    Operational Execution:

    Develop and implement short and long-term tactical plans to deliver support requirements to the line organization and achieve expense and services revenue targets:

    Integrate tactical plan with operational excellence

    Integrate improvement plans and support plans

    Integrate resources, staffing and development requirements, ensuring adherence to business case labor rates.

    Develop organizational flexibility for continued competitive advantage.

    Integrate future changes in support requirements based on projected technology developments and customer requirements.

    Education Requirements:

    Bachelors/Master's degree

    Professional Certifications:

    Project Management (PMP)

    Prince 2 Practioner

    Candidate Background: Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

    Minimum

    15 years of total work experience including 7 years in telecom sector as people manager.

    Recent 5-7 years of experience in Project Management.

    Demonstrates successful performance in key client-interfacing and business development

    Demonstrate competencies of relationship management/ client management

    Ability to aid business planning & business growth

    Competent in managing escalations/noise & capable of de-escalation

    Ability to work with, communicate and develop relationship with senior levels of management

    Ability to work with, communicate and develop relationship with entry and functional management leaders and use effective influence cross-organizationally

    Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple, complex priorities and workflows

    Profit focused and accountable for results; strong financial acumen

    Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities

    Demonstrates ability to interpret economic conditions and relevant business indicators and anticipate the impact on the service business unit

    Manage Network Service (MNS) know how

    Experience in managing large scale transitions (understanding of activities, timeframes, program mgmt., budget, business case development, etc.)

    Negotiation/influence skills that effectively maintain relationships in sensitive situations
