    Human Resources Business Partner - delhi, India - House of Anita Dongre Limited

    Description

    Position: HRBP

    Location: West Delhi

    Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR

    Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition :

    1. Responsible for Recruitment of Front End Staff

    2. Responsible for College Tie Ups (1 in a quarter)

    3. Creation & Maintenance of talent pipeline database

    4. Responsible for complete Pre Offer Documentation checklist

    5. Recording of correct E – code

    6. Ensuring Complete availability of Compliance Details before on-boarding

    7. Ensuring receipt of Uniforms ,ID Cards & Name badges to the new joiners

    8. Maintaining accurate Employee Referral Dashboard and tracking timely payment

    9. Responsible for maintaining Offer Letter Dashboard

    10. Responsible for maintaining Hiring Dashboard

    11. Controlling attrition of 0 - 6 months

    12. Store Visits ( twice in a week)

    Regional HR Business Partner :

    1. Employee On-boarding in partnership with TA team. Ensuring E-Code approval (within 3 days of joining) and complete documentation ( pre offer + post offer)

    2. Ensuring timely induction of the new joiners. Regional employees on the same day and out-stationed employees within 2 days (max) with Compliance dashboard

    3. Handling employee Grievance

    4. Connect with all new joinees within 15 days & 30 days

    5. R&R certificates & Gift cards to be handed over within 7 working days

    6. Appointment ,Confirmation and transfer letters to be shared within 7 working days

    7. Monthly appraisals to be completed within the timelines

    8. Data Sign Off Sheet & associate movement

    9. Attrition Control

    10. Exit Interviews & formalities

    11. Ensuring receipt of Uniforms ,ID Cards & Name badges to the existing employees

    12. Monthly co-ordination with the payroll team on salary updates & queries

    13. Mandatory Store visits ( twice in a week)

    HR Analytics ( For PAN India: AND and GLOBAL DESI) :

    1. The incumbent should have the skills for identifying trends, drawing insights and recommending solutions to the senior management

    2. Responsible for collection and presentation of data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS), Regional HRs and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, gender diversity, hiring analysis etc

    3. Responsible for analysing employees' pulse to internal surveys and draw insights

    4. Responsible for analysing the impact of HR Initiatives on employees and business PAN India

    5.Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues and any other business concerns

    Job Requirement:

    • Qualification: Graduation / Master's Degree
    • Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, Relationship Management, Cultural awareness and must be able to handle pressure.
    • Skills Required: Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, Data Analysis, Presentation skills & Business acumen
    • Open for traveling
