- Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Identify and tap into new business opportunities and market segments.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales executives and store managers.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide training as needed.
- Create a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Implement inventory control measures to reduce shrinkage and stock-outs.
- Visual Merchandising and Store Operations:
- Ensure all stores maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor store operations and resolve any operational issues promptly.
- Customer Service:
- Foster a culture of excellent customer service among store staff.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide regular market analysis and performance reports to support decision-making.
- Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Assist in creating annual budgets and manage expenses effectively.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with Lucknow's retail market and consumer preferences is a plus.
