    Description

    Job Description :

    Big4 is hiring for Middleware and Windows operating systems role for Bangalore location on C2H basis for 12 months with a possibility of further extension


    • Work as a sole project resource to manage IT infrastructure projects, including planning, design, scheduling, and implementation.
    • Create a roadmap/lifecycle for products and come up with proposals on alternative or future products that could be used.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders, and other teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Evaluate and mitigate project risks and provide/implement solutions to unexpected challenges.
    • Manage cost-effectiveness and timely completion of projects. Set project goals, timelines, and deliverables and meet project milestones.
    • Identification of risks, issues, and dependencies beforehand and work towards mitigation.
    Desired Candidate Profile :


    • At least 10 years of IT experience with an understanding of Project Management tools, Processes and Strategic planning
    • Minimum 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity.
    • Exposure to IT Infrastructure technologies such as Windows Servers and Operating Systems, SQL Server, Databases, Middleware, etc.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Committed and responsible.
    • Ability to operate and achieve results in an international IT operation
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under high time pressure.
