    Job Description:

    ORRA Fine Jewellery, a leading name in the India of exquisite diamond jewelry, is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Field Sales (Relationship Executive). This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales and the jewelry industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Field Work , Going to Customer house to sell the scheme
    • Make sure every customer is a part of the Schemes the Company is Offering
    • Strong Market Knowledge and Network
    • Daily visiting the Customer place -Lead given by the branch manager
    • Educate customer about the benefits of being associated with the Scheme being Offered
    • Tie ups with Corporates, Hotels, Clubs, Government Offices,etc
    • Lead and Drive exhibitions in the nearby cities
    • Build a strong customer base/Data
    • Meeting sales Targets
    • Operating outside the offices, pitching potential client and to maximise the company's sales of their products
    • Making customers fully aware about the ongoing offers, discounts, benefits, etc

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
    • Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Knowledge of diamond jewelry (Good to have) and a passion for the industry.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
    • Basic computer proficiency.
