SummaryOurrapidly growing software company is currently seeking anexperienced IT Project Manager to join the Cloud Operations Team.
The IT Project Manager will oversee customer cloud environmentdeliverables as well as internal projects to improve and automateour workflows.

This position is primarily a customerfacing rolerequiring outstanding written and verbal communication skillsexcellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.

TheIT Project Manager will be responsible for gathering technicalrequirements from customers leading customer onboarding calls anddriving customer deliverables throughout the customer lifecycle.

Apassion for technology and learning are vital for success in thisrole.

Overseecloud customer instance deliverables Participate in customerfacing project alignmentmeetings Maintain project plans throughoutthe project lifecycle Provide excellentcustomer service and support

RequiredEducation and Experience:
Bachelor s degreeor equivalent experience Outstanding writtenand verbal communication skills Ability toclearly communicate technical concepts to both technical andnontechnical audiences 2 years of ITexperience in a role such as Project Manager Project CoordinatorService Delivery Manager or similar
