    About theRole: We are seeking a highlymotivated and resultsoriented Business Development Manager to joinour growing team. In this role you will be responsible for drivingnew business opportunities and expanding Nimesas customer baseacross India. You will work closely with the sales team to identifyand qualify leads develop compelling value propositions andnegotiate and closedeals.Responsibilities:
    • Identifyand qualify new business opportunities within the targetmarket.
    • Develop and deliver effective salespresentations to potential customers.
    • Negotiateand close contracts ensuring alignment with companyobjectives.
    • Build and maintain strongrelationships with key decisionmakers.
    • Manageand track sales pipeline effectively.
    • Achieveassigned sales quotas and targets.
    • Stay abreastof industry trends and competitorlandscape.
    • Collaborate with the sales team andother departments to achieve commongoals.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum57 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in the IT or cloudcomputing industry.
    • Proven track record ofexceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understandingof Cloud Data Management and relatedtechnologies.
    • Excellent communicationpresentation and negotiation skills.
    • Ability tobuild rapport and trust with clients at alllevels.
    • Strong work ethic selfmotivation andability to work independently.
    • Proficiency inCRM and other sales enablementtools.
