    Description

    We are looking for an eCommerce Head who would be leading the eCommerce growth and digital brand building. Someone who is passionate about sales, technology & food. Who can ​set up​ and ​grow​ our online presence over eCommerce marketplaces like myntra, flipkart, tata cliq, meesho etc. , and Shay's own portal.

    We are a very young company as of now and tend to do things differently. Things are fluid as of now so people wear many hats. We believe in a very strong culture and do things to ensure people's independence & high performance.

    The roles and requirements are:

    • Onboard and manage multiple digital marketplaces like Myntra, TataCliq, Ajio, Meesho, etc
    • Grow Shay's own digital store.
    • Grow all digital sales channels to ensure key KPI performance.
    • Ensure to work on strategies that ensure we are cash flow positive.
    • Build a strategy to accelerate growth across platforms.
    • Work closely with the merchandising team to consistently improve and grow product selection.
    • Be a critical part of the team to build a strong brand.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of two years of relevant experience managing and selling on marketplace platforms.
    • Should have built and managed Shopify stores.
    • Clear communication skills to be able to put your ideas across.
    • Self-starter with a desire to excel.
    • Team player with a positive attitude, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
    • Problem solver with tenacious follow-through.
    • Excellent project and time management skills.
    • Excellent analytical skills.
    • Superior skills and resourcefulness in online research.
